Founder of Vangarden, Izabel is a national reference in Talent Development and Values-Based Management. Her work promotes cultural transformation as a strategic pillar and the integration of purpose, performance and development.
Teacher graduated from UFSC. She has robust international certifications such as Gallup and the Barrett Values Center. She is a board member of Aemflo/CDL and plays an important role in SC’s Innovation Ecosystem.
With extensive international experience, Geraldo has built a solid foundation in operations and logistics at companies such as GM, Embraco, Mahle and Taurus. His systemic business vision combines culture, efficiency and sustainable results with strategic leadership.
Specialization in Supply Chain from MIT Sloan (USA). He has experience in implementing operational excellence programs in plants in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico.
Carlos leads our Finance vertical with over 25 years’ experience in structuring areas such as financial planning, controlling, treasury and M&A. His consolidated track record in multinationals such as McDonald’s, C&A, Sodexo and ISS guarantees robust solutions geared towards sustainable growth and governance.
A professional with a solid track record in commercial leadership and growth strategy in technology and innovation companies in Latin America. With over 15 years’ experience, David has led teams and projects in Brazil, Mexico and Colombia, working on strategic planning and commercial structuring.
